This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time to comply the conditions in Crl.MP(MD) No.6981 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD)No.18398 of 2025 dated 07.04.2026.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the petitioners and facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for compliance with the conditions imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.18398 of 2025 for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
