ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- In pursuance of the directions of this Court, dated 12.07.2022, the learned Principle District Judge, Pudukkottai, has submitted explanation citing the reasons for not disposing the case within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Cr.M.P.No.1667 of 2022 was allowed and the prosecution was directed to examine the said witnesses and the case stands posted to 29.08.2022 for examination of those witnesses and that 10 witnesses are remaining to be examined.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to grant one month time for completing the trial and to dispose of the case. Accordingly one month time is granted for dispose of the case from today (i.e., 23.08.2022).
