Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to give necessary police protection and survey the petitioner's land and grant separate Patta in his name in respect of the properties in Survey No.207/1B1 in Joint Patta No.338 situated at Alamarathupatti Village, Aththoor Taluk, Dindigul District. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to survey his petition mentioned lands. He states that one Jesuraj is causing obstruction. The petitioner has therefore given a complaint for police protection. The petitioner states that he filed O.S. No.184 of 2001 before the Additional Sub Court, Dindigul and obtained interim injunction against the said Jesuraj.

3. The fourth respondent will conduct an enquiry into the matter. Jesuraj will also have to be summoned. If the fourth respondent is satisfied that the petitioner is having an enforceable decree in his favour, then the fourth respondent will give police protection to the petitioner for carrying out the survey exercise in respect of the petition mentioned property.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with these terms. No costs.
