O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had filed a writ petition for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the date of appointment as 07.08.1998 and to grant all the service and monetary benefits by considering his representation, dated 02.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and disposed of on 12.10.2020.

3. In view of the above, no further order is necessary in this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 12.10.2020 passed by the respondents, if so aggrieved in the manner known to law.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
