This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of A.P.No.3 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the representation given by him seeking permission to allow him to render Pooja service in the Temple till the age of 65 years, did not evoke any response and therefore, he has preferred an appeal in A.P.No.3 of 2017 before the first respondent under Section 28 of the Tamil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed in A.P.No.3 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties connected thereto.
