[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for removing the Tasmac shop No.5070, situated at Survey No.746/B, Thirumanilaiyur Village, Karur Taluk, Karur District. He has already given a representations https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ dated 13.04.2017 and 21.08.2017 in this regard.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Tasmac that the shop in question has already been closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
