This Criminal Revision filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C to call for the records pertaining to order dated 27.07.2020 passed by the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Crl.MP.No.1802 of 2020 in Crime.No.40 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police and to set aside the same by allowing the above Criminal revision petition and furher direct the respondent police to return the Bolero four wheeler vehicle bearing Registration No, TN-81-A-4323 to the revision petitioner. ORDER:- This Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms. P.Saravakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. A.Saravanakumar, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties and depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.460 of 2020.

No.5678 of 2020 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to comply the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.460 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020. Now, the petitioner is having original R.C.Book and ready to deposit the same before the Court and prayed for extension of time for production of R.C.book.

3. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection.

4. In view of the same, this petition is allowed and further period of three weeks is granted from today.
