The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal seeking cancellation of patta issued to the third respondent.

2.Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.Aggrieved by the issuance of patta to the third respondent, the petitioner approached the first respondent seeking cancellation of the same. 4.In view of the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal seeking cancellation of patta issued to the third respondent, dated 28.04.2025 2/4
