ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo issued on the petitioner by the second respondent, dated 16.12.2019. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not involved in any illegality or irregularity. However, the petitioner has been issued with the impugned charge memo and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. Further certain documents have been sought for by the petitioner, but the same has not been provided by the respondents. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner in his representation dated 27.07.2020 and by filing the writ petition, the petitioner has stalled the enquiry proceedings and if any time limit is fixed, the same would be concluded.

W.P(MD)No.14831 of 2020 4.In the light of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the respondents to conclude the departmental proceedings within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is needless to mention that the documents sought for by the petitioner shall be furnished and adequate opportunity must be provided to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
