ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for his life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 with regard to property. The petitioner gave a representation before the second respondent on 06.06.2022. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, he filed this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.440 of 2022 under Section 447, 427 and 406 of IPC and now it is under investigation. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2022 and to take suitable action on merits.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
