ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in first information Report in Crime No.367 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul West, through online.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul West, to process the above said Final Report within a time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the contents of the above said Final Report, they can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
