2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prayer sought

for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is always open to him to file a fresh writ petition. No costs.
