RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, Trichy District instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.OP (MD)No.21005 of 2018 dated 27.11.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.AZHAGESON, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21005 of 2018 on 27.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks. He further submitted that though the petitioner went to the police Station to comply with the said condition, the respondent police refused to get signature from the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent Police is present before this Court and informed that the petitioner has not appeared before them.
