This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 herein to take appropriate action against the respondents 3 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2017.

2. Heard Mr.R.Russel Raj, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer in the Writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2017 and take appropriate action in accordance with law, if necessary, after holding a preliminary enquiry and issuing notice to the persons concerned, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
