RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the order in respect of 2nd condition made in Crl.OP(MD) No.21501 of 2018 dated 05.12.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side) for the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10755 of 2018 on 03.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court imposed a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-. He submitted that the petitioner is a poor coolie worker and he is unable to mobilize the said amount. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.
3.Head the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21501 of 2018 on 03.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred) to the credit of the concerned District Foundation Trust.
