O R D E R

Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come to this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to provide consolidated certificate to him, on the basis of his representation, dated 12.04.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that income certificate, community certificate and the present economic status of the petitioner are to be given by issuing a consolidated certificate by the Tahsildar. The said certificate has not been issued to the petitioner, as a result, the petitioner is unable to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

get appointment on compassionate ground. In this regard, he has already given a representation dated 12.04.2017. As there was no response to the same, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

4.Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent would consider the said representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Recording the abovesaid submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.04.2017, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
