RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 20109/2018 dated 02.11.2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.SATHIYANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20109 of 2018 on 02.11.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20109 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.20109 of 2018 on 02.11.2018 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
