Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.PON RAMKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8479 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14600 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner met with an accident, he was unable to arrange the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he seeks time for execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

4.Taking note of the facts, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and execution of sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
