No.564/2016 by the second respondent to the third respondent.

ORDER

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a direction to the third respondent to initiate criminal action on the basis of order, dated 26.09.2016 passed by the first respondent in proceedings Na.Ka. No.1508/A2/2016 and further communication dated 09.11.2016 passed in Na.Ka.No.564/2016 by the second respondent to the third respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the complaint was registered in Crime No.253 of 2017 on 29.11.2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C.

4. Recording the said statement, the Writ petition is closed as no further order is necessary. No costs.
