Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(2) of I.P.C. and Section 3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908 in Crime No.132 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on earlier occasion. But it appears that the petitioner could not execute sureties within the time stipulated. Therefore, the earlier order got lapsed. Hence, the petitioner has renewed his petition for anticipatory bail.
4. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, and executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
5. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
