CRIME NO. 289 OF 2018 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.18676 of 2018 dated 16/10/2018 .

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.ASOKAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18676 of 2018 on 16.10.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.18676 of 2018 on 16.10.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
