For Respondent : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i), 406 and 420 I.P.C r/w Section 109 I.P.C and Sections 7 and 8 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.Perusal of record shows that the minor victim girl who is not living with her mother, has been misused by her grandfather and his friends. The victim girl has narrated the entire incident while recording the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. By referring the same, this Court has dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8710 of 2021 on 09.07.2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.11569 of 2021 3.Considering the specific overt act as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
