ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, by directing the respondents to proceed with petitioner's complaint dated 13.01.2021 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.01.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 16.01.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
