ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondent police submits that the de-facto complainant has lodged another complaint before the Marthandam Police Station against the petitioner and the same is now kept pending as petition enquiry in CSR No.345 of 2021 and the respondent police have also advised the de-facto complainant to work out her remedy before the Marthandam Police Station and on that advise, the de-facto complainant has also given a statement to the respondent police that she would work out in the complaint lodged before the Marthandam police Station. CRL OP(MD). No.11355 of 2021 complaint as against this petitioner on the file of the respondent police and there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police.
