ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the petition mentioned appeal.

3. The leaned Additional Government Pleader submits that no such appeal has been received from the petitioner. The petitioner has also not enclosed any proof.

4. I therefore permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the third respondent. The petitioner through her counsel states that he will appear before the third respondent on 17.08.2022 at 04.00 p.m., and submit his representation in person. The petitioner shall also send a representation parallely through RPAD. The third respondent shall enquire into the same and pass final order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open.
