O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the enquiry based on the representation made by the petitioner and as per the direction issued by the first respondent in letter, dated 30.12.2020. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the third respondent had passed an order in favour of the fourth respondent and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a complaint before the first respondent on 09.01.2020. The first respondent through communication, dated 30.12.2020 directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and submit a report. However, the second respondent did not conduct any enquiry.

3.Further grievance that was expressed by the petitioner was that the third respondent had acted upon in a biased manner and that was also the subject matter of the enquiry before the first and second respondents. Since the first and second respondents did not proceed further to conduct any enquiry, the present writ petition was filed before this Court.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents produced the proceedings of the District Registrar (Administration), Palayamkottai, dated 05.05.2023. On going through the same, it is seen that the final order has been passed. The petitioner had also participated in the enquiry and the order copy was also marked to the petitioner. 5.In view of the above development, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the District Registrar (Administration), Palayamkottai, dated 05.05.2023, the petitioner has to work out his 3/5

remedy in the manner known to law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
