ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son, Pandi, aged about 17 years, before this Court.
2. Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the alleged detenu has been arrested in Crime No.38/2024 for the offences under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985 and he has been remanded to judicial custody by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamelkudi.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court finds that the alleged detenu is not in illegal detention and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
