Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitioner seeks action to be taken under Section 18(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 pursuant to the orders passed by the respondent in appeal proceedings and for furnishing of irrelevant information by the authorities concerned.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 17.02.2025 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving fair opportunity to the petitioner as well as the aggrieved person against whom the compliants is also made.
