ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.176 of 2022 dated 29.05.2022, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadipatti Police Station, Madurai, and quash the same against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed on 19.06.2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.387 of 2022.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the contents of the the above said Final Report.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
