Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.342 of 2022:- Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act, to set aside the order made in Vacation Cr.M.P.No.11 of 2022 on the file of the Vacation Sessions Judge, Karur, dated 04.05.2022, by dismissing the bail petition filed by the appellants and allow the Criminal Appeal and release the petitioner on bail connected in Crime No.131 of 2022 on the file of 2nd respondent police.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Muniyandi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.B.Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the 1st & 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.342 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD)No.7767 of 2022 that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
