The Sub Application has been filed seeking orders to include the second respondent as one of the respondent/contemnor in the above contempt petition in Cont.P(MD)No.421 of 2026 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15860 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Sub Application is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary and after amendment, issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent returnable by 18.06.2026.

4. Post the matter on 18.06.2026.
