: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the first respondent pertaining to the Ranking list published by the first respondent for the posts included in Combined Civil Services-I Examination (Group-1 Services) 2014-2015, pursuant to the main written examination conducted on 29.07.2016, 30.07.2016 and 31.07.2016, for Group-I Posts notified by the first respondent in its Notification No.09 of 2015, dated 10.07.2015 and quash the same as illegal and direct the first respondent to conduct afresh the Main Written Examination in a transparent manner requiring evaluators to value the marks, obtained by the petitioner/candidate on the answer sheets itself and also to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
provide the copies to candidate/petitioner if sought by the petitioner upon payment of prescribed fees and to direct the fourth respondent to conduct investigation of the scam under the direct monitoring of this Court.
