PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to join in the 4th respondent's office as per the Transfer Order issued by the 1st respondent vide Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.130/2020/K2-1, dated 29.09.2020, by considering the representations dated 01.10.2020, 02.10.2020 and 08.10.2020 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to join duty in the 4th respondent's office, as per the transfer order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.130/2020/K2-1, dated 29.09.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today through video conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, on instructions, would submit that the 4th respondent will permit the petitioner to join duty even today itself. In this regard, the learned counsel undertakes before this Court that he will give appropriate instructions to the 4th respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has agreed with the submission made by the learned counsel for the 4th respondent. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to join duty in the 4th respondent office today itself. No costs.

5.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 29.10.2020.
