ORDER : The Court made the following order :- 1/3
The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 IPC in Cr.No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto-complainant is the sister of the petitioner. She approached the petitioner for Housing Loan and for which she paid a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner. But the petitioner has neither arranged the loan nor return the amount borrowed from the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the defacto complainant's complaint, CSR No.398 of 2025 came to be registered and after due enquiry, the complaint has been closed.
