ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to send revised pension proposal to the first respondent by fixing proper Last Drawn Basic Pay as Rs.60,900/- with relevant records and for consequential direction to the first respondent to approve the same.

2. From the above, it is evident that the petitioner has sought for submission of revised proposal pursuant to the proceedings No.EO5/3/ 10538747/ADK dated 29.08.2025 of the first respondent.

3. In view of the same, this Court expected the second respondent to submit the necessary proposals and accordingly adjourned the matter to today i.e on 17.06.2026.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for a consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed before this Court a copy of the letter Na.Ka.No.D2/2901/2025 dated 15.06.2026, whereby the revised proposal has been submitted by the second respondent to the first respondent.

5.Mr.P.Gunashekaran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the revised proposal dated 15.06.2026 submitted by the second respondent would be considered by the first respondent within weeks time.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the revised proposal dated 15.06.2026, submitted by second respondent, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
