Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the impugned seniority panel issued in Na.Ka.No.A3/8819/2020 dated 05.10.2020 and consequential impugned promotional panel issued by him in A3/8819/2020 dated 08.10.2020 quash the both as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the first respondent to revise the seniority and include the petitioner's name immediately before Sl.No.24 Mr.K.Singaravelu in promotional panel and thereby promote her to the post of High School Headmistress with all service benefits on par with her batch mates within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been given promotion by the respondents as per the revised seniority. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner has been duly redressed by the respondents and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
