ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 336 1/3

(3), 340(1), 340(2), 296(b) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023 in Cr.No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have registered a cancellation of power deed by producing forged CSR receipt and non-traceable certificate. The petitioner is the purchaser of the property from the accused. Hence the complaint.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that on the defacto complainant's complaint, CSR No.101 of 2025 came to be registered and petition enquiry is pending.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the investigation.

5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
