ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (i.e., 02.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitions in Crl.OP(MD)Nos.10496 and 10526 of 2021 filed by the present petitioner and his in-laws, before this Court were ordered to be closed, vide order dated 27.09.2021 by recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police has conducted a petition enquiry as against the petitioners and thereafter, the same was ordered to be closed as no further action is necessary.
