ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 498 (A) of IPC and Section 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, in Crime No.not knwon of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the husband of the defacto complainant and his family members subjected her to cruelty and had harassed her. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the defacto complainant is harassing her husband and threatening the petitioners over phone.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the defacto complainant has lodged similar complaint against these petitioners on the same set of facts before the Sivanthipatti Police Station. CRL OP(MD). No.11331 of 2021 respondent police. Therefore, they have treated the same as petition enquiry and are intending to close the same.
