ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent on 28.03.2018 during the trial in C.C.No.75 of 2015 before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued. Hence, he approached this Court by way of Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15566 of 2018 and on 31.08.2018, it was allowed. But the petitioner unable to come out from his employer where he had been employed as bonded Labour at Kerala.

After prolonged struggle only he left from there. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner now undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.

appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. The concerned Judge is directed to consider the same on the same day.
