2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 13.10.2017. This Court not satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition filed by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail.
