Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner submitted Form-7 before the first respondent. Citing the civil suit instituted by the second respondent, the first respondent has declined to take Form-7 on file. 3.Without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is permitted to pursue his remedy in the civil suit. If the second respondent obtains any restraint order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the first respondent will abide by the same. If the second respondent is unable to get any injunction order against the petitioner within the aforesaid perios, Form-7 submitted by the writ petitioner shall be taken on file by the first respondent.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
