ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to renew the petitioner's Gun license or to grant license, based upon the representation, dated 10.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based upon the representation given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Na.Ka.No.G-6/13330/288/2021 and notice has been issued to the petitioner to produce the documents showing the reason for cancellation of the license. But so far, he has not filed those documents for consideration. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Enquiry Officer and produce all the available documents with him.

W.P.(MD) No.14441 of 2021 4.On the basis of the undertaken given by the petitioner as well as the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side), this petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2021 on merits and pass appropriate orders at the earliest. No costs.
