S.A.No.103 of 2022 and S.A.No.132 of 2022 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal, ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 21.12.2022, and direct the Tribunal to dispose the SARFASI Application Nos.103/2022 and 132/2022,with in a period of four months, and the requisition letter dated 23.08.2023 in S.A.103/2022 & S.A.132/2022/2022DRT/MDU, submitted by the Debts Recovery Tribunal- Madurai,this Court made the following order:

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] This Court, under order dated 21.12.2022, directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, who was in-charge of Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to decide S.A.Nos.103 and 132 of 2022, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. More than eight months have lapsed now.

3. A request letter is received from the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, seeking further four months time.

4. Earlier also, three months time was extended at the request of the Debts 2/4

Recovery Tribunal.

5. By way of last opportunity, we extend the time by four months from today.

6. The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, shall decide the proceedings within the extended time, else, serious view would be taken.
