Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 468 IPC in Crime No.33 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, who is the subsequent purchaser, is arrayed as an accused as if his vendor has entered upon an agreement with another person and failed to execute the document in his favour and sold the property in his favour.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent State.

4.The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] opposes the grant of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
