ORDER
The writ petition has been filed praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct a detailed enquiry and take necessary action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2017 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Though very many contentions have been raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 13.06.2017, it would suffice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Heard the submissions made on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, without going into the merits of the averments made in the writ petition, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: The first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.06.2017 and pass appropriate orders, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
