RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order to cancel the Anticipatory Bail to the respondent/petitioner granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.17071 of 2018 dated 03/10/2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the petitioner and of MR.K.ARUNRAJ, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail to the respondent/petitioner granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.17071 of 2018, dated 03.10.2018.
2.Today, when the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State would submit that after the granting of anticipatory bail to the respondent/petitioner, he has not complied with the condition regularly. Hence, the petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail was filed by the respondent police, in which, in order to give an opportunity to the respondent/petitioner, this Court directs the respondent/petitioner to appear before the concerned police station from 04.02.2019 to 18.02.2019 daily at 10.30. a.m. without fail and the said order was complied with by the respondent/petitioner properly. He would further submit that now the investigation is also completed.

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court inclined to pass the following orders.
The anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/petitioner earlier is unchanged and the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 03.10.2018, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17071 of 2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as when required for interrogation and co-operate for the investigation. Accordingly, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
