ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8033 of 2017, dated 11.03.2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8033 of 2017, dated 11.03.2021, to consider the representation of the petitioner, has been complied with by rejecting his claim in Ref.No.LL2/16348/2017-3, dated 21.10.2021.
