O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that pursuant to the order of the Writ Court dated 02.07.2021, they have passed orders in the case of the petitioner herein in e.f.vz;. 715/m2/2020, dated 03.11.2021.

2. Accordingly, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged in this contempt petition cannot be termed as willful in nature. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved, liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to challenge the orders in accordance with law.
