O R D E R

This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on 05.05.2025 praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to provide sufficient protection to conduct 'Annual Bramotsav Festival' at 'Arulmighu Shree Sanjeevirayar Swamy Temple', Pidampatti Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, from 08.05.2025 to 17.05.2025, which includes temple car festival.

2. The learned counsel counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the averments made in the affidavit. He further submits that the first respondent authorized the Executive Officer of Arulmighu Veeramaakaliamman Thirukoil, Perampur, vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 4805-1/2025/<3, dated 05.05.2025, to conduct the aforesaid temple festival. Further, in the said event, the petitioner prays to direct the 2/5

respondents 2 and 3 to provide sufficient protection to conduct 'Annual Bramotsav Festival'. Hence, this petition.

3. Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that Peace Committee Meeting was held on 07.05.2025. In the said meeting, decision has been taken.

4. This Court has perused the decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting held on 07.05.2025. In view of the decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting, this Court directs the respondents 2 and 3 to act as per decision taken in the Peace Committee Meeting.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
